Granite Grannies’ Rotating House Stones

Stone is our passion, and we want you to experience its natural beauty like we do. This is why while most companies have a basic five to ten permanent stock stones, Granite Grannies brings in a continually changing selection of diverse and exciting stones. This means that, even in our most economical range of stones, each kitchen is one of a kind.

Our Limited-Time Premium Imports

Lori, the owner of Granite Grannies, periodically takes buying trips the stone centers of the world to hand pick stones to import. Her most recent trip in October of 2010 was to Verona, Italy. There she visited some of the most prestigious stone centers in the world. In Verona alone there are over 200 stone suppliers. After several days of decision making, seven colors were loaded onto ships to cross the Atlantic. These stones are Antolinis. Antonli Luigi & C. is an Italian fabricator whose work is the Tiffany’s of the stone world. The most exciting part of buying trips is that by directly importing these colors we can offer them to our customers at prices comparable to stones bought from U.S. suppliers.

Custom & Exotic Stones

We believe it is our job to make sure our customers find the stone that is “the one.” We have excellent trade relationships with the best wholesale suppliers throughout the mid-Atlantic region, and our customers can visit these suppliers to choose from hundreds of stones. Selecting the perfect granite from a huge warehouse of raw stone can be overwhelming. Granite Grannies assists throughout the process, making sure that you have selected the product that will meet your family’s needs.

Granite Grannies specializes in custom residential work. Our American journeymen and stoneworkers are qualified to work with any stone, including exotic varieties and unique designs.

Our kitchen design team has years of combined experience with home design, real estate, home improvement, and color selection.
